Max Rishøj Pedersen

Headshot.jpeg PhD student in algorithms at DTU Compute. Before pursuing my PhD I took my Bachelor’s and Master’s at DTU in software engineering. My PhD advisors are Inge Li Gørtz and Philip Bille. My primary research interests are strings and compression. I tend to focus on problems with a practical aspect.
When not working I like to tinker with a plethora of weird little side projects. I especially find a lot of fun in low level implementations and esoteric programming languages.
