Max Rishøj Pedersen

PhD student in algorithms at DTU Compute. Before pursuing my PhD I took my Bachelor’s and Master’s at DTU in software engineering. My PhD advisors are Inge Li Gørtz and Philip Bille. My primary research interests are string indexing, string matching and compression. I tend to focus on problems with a practical aspect.

When not working I like to tinker with a plethora of weird little side projects. I especially find a lot of fun in low level implementations and esoteric programming languages.
